What does certified clean fill mean? It means that the fill dirt we use is composed of virgin source material from either a commercial or non-commercial source…in our case, they come directly from our property in their raw form. The materials in our fill dirt are natural and they do not contain any dangerous materials, fillers or additives. Our materials are laboratory tested and are guaranteed not to contain any chemicals, contaminates, fillers or anything else beside what it is certified to be.
